SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Elite Designz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPPING POLICY
Elite Designz attempts to ship your products in a quick and practical manner. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable. Customers must contact us if they would like to return an item. You can contact us via Facebook messenger, email elitedesignz17@gmail.com, or phone (701) 609-5153. Return policies can be determined at the discretion of Elite Designz staff. Order over $1,500 may be subject to additional shipping charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item in the mail or in-store to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, (see items below that are non-returnable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup orders have a 7-day pickup window. Your 14-day return window starts 7 days after your local pickup online order is placed. Prompt pickup is always appreciated!

Please include your packing slip in your return or a slip with your full name and order number.

Optional: We love feedback! Please let us know if there was something about the product we could improve on.

Mail or bring back the items (at the customer's expense) to start the return. Elite Designz will refund your purchase minus the original shipping costs promptly after receiving the return. We recommend our customers use UPS when mailing back larger boxes (over 12").

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
If an item is damaged during shipping by USPS or UPS, please take the following photos for the damage claim that we will submit:

A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box

A photo of the damaged item

A photo of the packaging material used

A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number (generally starts with 1Z)

A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on the outside of box)

Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
Depending on the damage, Elite Designz will provide a partial or full refund for that product and we will take care of the damage claim for you! All we need is the photo proof for UPS or USPS.
Please keep in mind that the damaged items and packaging must be retained during the claim process in case UPS chooses to perform and in-person inspection or salvage the goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on clearance items sold at 50% off or more, closeout items, gift cards, or anything that was custom ordered for you or sold as-is (knowingly purchasing a damaged or faulty item at a discount). Custom-ordered items include rugs, window coverings, and some florals.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation via email to elitedesignz17@gmail.com or by phone (701) 609-5153 but cancellations are not guaranteed. In many cases, orders have already been pulled from our floor, wrapped with care, and are ready to go out the door within hours of the order being placed. If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be of the total order minus credit card processing fees and, in some cases, a restocking fee of 10% at the discretion of Elite Designz.
